What is your Shipping Policy?
  • We ship to the Lower 48 States only (Does NOT include Hawaii or Alaska)
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes/APO’s
  • We cannot combine shipping.
  • No Local Pickup.

All items are in stock when they are listed. Inventory is tracked and updated regularly. However, if demand exceeds our supply, we will give the customer the following options: Full refund. Have the item back ordered and shipped when it becomes available. We will offer other items in similar style and quality. Your purchase of the item implies you agree to this policy.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer FREE shipping on most of our products. Although occasionally we sell items that we have acquired for a really low wholesale price, so then we only charge for shipping and handling to cover our costs. In those cases the purchase price is usually $0.00 + shipping.

Our shipping rates would begin at $9.99 and vary depending on the items you purchase. Shipping rates are usually based on weight/size/quantity of the item(s).

When will I receive my order?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. Once you receive the shipping confirmation please allow 1-10 business days for delivery depending on the item. (Although under normal circumstances you’ll probably receive the items within 5 days)

Due to the high demand for our “$0.00 + shipping” items, those orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days. Please allow 1-6 weeks for delivery depending on the item. Specific delivery time is noted for each item in its description.

What is your Return Policy?
  • Returns are generally accepted within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Shipping charges, if any, for items are non-refundable, except in the rare occasion that the wrong item was shipped or if the item was damaged during shipping.
  • Damaged items or any issues with item must be reported and returned within 7 days of delivery. Shipping costs will be reimbursed when an item is damaged or incorrectly shipped. Please contact us for instructions on how to return something that was damaged, incorrectly shipped or is a manufacturer defect.
  • In general, we will provide a shipping label to you for you to send the item back. Please ensure that the package is fully sealed before shipping. We ask that the item be shipped either UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post. Using one of these methods will allow the package to be traced and make the refund process much quicker. We are not responsible and are unable to issue refunds for packages that are lost or damaged. Please notify us with the carrier, tracking number, and ship date for your return shipment (expedites refund processing).
  • If the item is returned because of price or the buyer simply does not want the item or the item is received in a used state (i.e. NOT NEW) the cost of return will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. In general and depending on supplier, return shipping costs will not be paid or reimbursed by PicturesqueSales when returning an item due to general dissatisfaction or purchaser regret.
  • Any item that is returned for any reason other than a defect or problem with item is subject to a 20% restocking fee as we are charged that by the supplier when the item is returned. In some instances, if provided with a prepaid shipping label, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Can I make changes or additions to my order?

If you want to request a change or addition to an order, please contact us ASAP. Orders are processed continuously throughout the day, and once an item has been processed, we can no longer make changes to it or cancel it.

Do you have a physical retail storefront?

We are an Internet Retail Store, with offices based in the United States of America. At this time, we do not operate a brick and mortar storefront.
